A Floating Hotel in South of France

I don't really have an official bucket list, but last year I did two things I had wanted to do for a long time while my bucket was at least still half-full. Both involved hotel ships. Last spring I sailed across the North Atlantic to England and back with my two brothers on the Queen Mary II. Then last fall, I spent a week with just my camera, several wine bottles and another couple on the three-room hotel barge, the Caroline, from Carcassonne to Beziers across Languedoc on the Canal du Midi.
